Kazana Shelter stands on the rocky threshold between the Golyam Kazan and Malak Kazan cirques beneath the marble massifs of Vihren and Kutelo.
It is a very small structure intended mainly for protection when mountain conditions deteriorate unexpectedly.
Access
How to get there

The shelter is reached from Banderitsa Hut on the route toward the Kazan cirques.

The route continues toward Koncheto Shelter and the high ridge via Premkata.

Vihren and Kutelo can also be reached from the surrounding trail network.
